Also, Balthazar’s right. A Kimeran only get’s one chance to grow up, start a family, and maybe grow old with someone with lots of grandkids. Getting killed in the war pretty much denies them their chance at a life’s experiences.
Unless they cam have angel-babies in Heaven of course. They can have little wings and bows. :-)

I imagine the closest thing of having children that is available to angels (and devils too, I suppose) is adoption of someone who died very young.

It seems a blue glorie is all that is needed to tick Balthazar off… perhaps because he’s just fresh from an argument with the council, or is it just his general (heh heh) wy of behaving
